Product Information
The product image and title will determine what type of item you are purchasing. Please review the sections below carefully.
Item should be physically in stock
If the listing displays a real photograph of the book, we should currently have that exact item in our inventory. Please Do NOT Purchase a non Pre-Order Book That is missing a picture, As we likely DO NOT Have it and will have to refund it if you purchase it. If you want us to look for a book that doesn't have an image, please message us to confirm we have it before buying...
Our inventory is extremely large and occasionally subject to discrepancies. If an issue arises, we will ensure that you either receive the correct item or are issued a full refund.
This is a preorder item
If the listing uses a stock image and includes an Order By date or In Store date in the title, the book is a pre-release item.
Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM Eastern Time on the Order By date to guarantee availability.
Images, Order By dates, and In Store dates are all subject to change.
Back issue ordered from distributor
If the listing uses a stock image and does not include an Order By date or In Store date, the book is not currently in our inventory.
We will place an order through our distributor and must wait for them to ship the item to us before we can ship it to you.
These items will typically not ship for at least one week after your order is placed.
Distributor inventory and cover images are subject to change at any time.
Shipping & Mixed Orders
We ship each order once, after all items in that order are in our possession.
If your order includes a mix of in-stock books and preorder or distributor items, the entire order will be held until every item has been received.
Preorders and distributor-sourced books may significantly delay shipment. Release dates frequently change, sometimes by several months.
While we can accommodate mixed orders if necessary, we strongly recommend placing:
• In-stock back issues in one order
• Preorder items in a separate order
This also applies to preorder-only orders. These orders will not ship until all items have been released and received by us.
If you have any questions or would like to arrange your order differently, please message us and we will be happy to assist.

📘 Series Summary
Avengers Log #1 is an essential 1994 reference one-shot that serves as a chronological index and handbook for Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Written by Marvel's premier historian Peter Sanderson, this issue catalogs the complex history, membership rosters, and key milestones of both the primary Avengers and the Avengers West Coast from their inception through the mid-90s.
The issue features a stunning wrap-around cover and interior modifications by legendary artist George Pérez, who famously updated Jack Kirby’s original Avengers #1 cover art for this release. Beyond just a list of heroes, the Log provides detailed information on honorary members, reservists, and even the Avengers support staff. While noted for some minor errors later corrected in modern trades, it remains a nostalgic and visually dense artifact from the Mark Gruenwald editorial era of the Avengers.
⭐ Why This Series Stands Out
- Features definitive handbook-style entries for nearly every member of the Avengers and West Coast Avengers up to 1994.
- Iconic cover and interior art updates by George Pérez, paying homage to the team's Silver Age roots.
- Essential reference for tracking legacy titles, including honorary members and the **Avengers Support Crew**.
- A rare look at the team's hierarchy during the 30th-anniversary era of the franchise.
- Perfect for lore enthusiasts and collectors of Marvel's "Official Handbook" style releases.
