Shipping & Returns

We currently offer local pickup and domestic shipping within the U.S.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, though shipping times can vary depending on carrier and location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Packaging and Care

We take packaging seriously — it’s something we take real pride in.
Every comic is bagged, boarded, and carefully secured with protection in mind. Larger or heavier items are wrapped and reinforced to ensure they arrive safely, no matter the distance.
We’ll eventually have photos and videos on our website showing how we package orders, but in the meantime, you can see examples on our Facebook and Instagram pages, where we often post pictures of shipped orders and collector feedback.

Shipping Costs

We use the automatic shipping calculator built into Shopify. This means you’re charged exactly what it costs to ship through either USPS or UPS — nothing more.
We don’t add a flat rate, percentage, or handling fee. The total you see at checkout reflects only the carrier’s actual cost.

Returns and Order Issues

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos so we can make it right.

We carefully inspect and describe each item before listing it. However, if a product was not accurately described or arrives in a condition significantly different from what was listed, we’ll gladly accept a return or provide an exchange/refund once the item is returned in its original condition.
