Return & Refund Policy

At B and J Comics Etc, we take pride in accurately describing and inspecting all items before listing them for sale. Many of our products are collectibles, vintage items, or one-of-a-kind pieces, and as such, they may show minor signs of age or handling. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The item you received was not as described (e.g., incorrect title, issue number, or major unlisted damage).

The item arrived damaged in transit.
To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at bandjcomicsetc@gmail.com.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

You must provide clear photos of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.) and your order number.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items sold as-is or listed as final sale

Comics, cards, or collectibles that have been handled, opened, or altered after delivery

Digital goods or downloadable items

Mystery packs or grab bags, due to their random nature
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging and item
We’ll work quickly to make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on availability.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check with your bank or credit card provider (processing times vary).
